The Louis Vuitton Tokyo Pop-Up Featured Plenty of Hawaiian Decor

While some pop-up retail spaces focus on a relatively minimal decoration scheme, others go all out, as evidenced with the Louis Vuitton Tokyo pop-up boutique and its retro-themed Hawaiian decor.

Describe as a Hawaiian paradise, the fancy Roppongi district shop featured a cheerful Hawaii island-inspired installation including a floral-painted old fashioned car parked inside. The palm tree was well represented as a decoration element in everything from the glass exterior of the building to the interior carpets and even the clothing-modelling mannequins. The Hawaiian decor was also the setting for the pre-release of Louis Vuitton's Spring and Summer 2018 collection. Pieces of the collection were accordingly customized, including clothes, the fashion house's signature handbags, sandals and sneakers.
