Celebrity Cardigan NFTs

JW Anderson & xydrobe Revealed the #harrystylescardigan for Auction

Fashion house JW Anderson and xydrobe—the first NFT auction platform to sell hyper-realistic digital collectibles of internationally renowned designs across fashion and luxury goods—are partnering to release the #harrystylescardigan. The non-fungible token of the Colourblock Patchwork Cardigan from the fashion brand's Menswear Spring/Summer 2020 collection sets itself apart as the first auction lot from xydrobe and the first NFT of an already existing collectible piece.

The celebrity cardigan is currently on display at London's Victoria & Albert Museum and it became a sensation when the artist wore it to rehearsals on the US broadcaster NBC's Today show in February 2020. To date, the #harrystylescardigan has now reached over 86 million views.

To create this hyper-realistic NFT, xydrobe's in-house team of VFX artists meticulously crafted every piece of the yarn in 3D before weaving the unique pattern together.
