Scéno Plus, a Québec-based design firm with an international reputation for creating high-profile performance spaces, has completed work on the Hard Rock LIVE Ottawa theatre, a state-of-the-art entertainment venue within the newly opened Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa. The Hard Rock LIVE Ottawa theatre, which opened to the public on July 3, 2025, hosted a grand opening concert featuring David Foster and Katharine McPhee.
With a flexible capacity of 1,900 seated or 2,200 standing guests, the venue is engineered to support a diverse range of functions, from concerts and corporate gatherings to sporting events and trade exhibitions. Its design incorporates retractable seating, allowing for a fully customizable 17,000-square-foot floor space, while its acoustics and staging capabilities ensure optimal experiences for both performers and audiences.
