Amelia Saltsman put together a recipe for a side dish that can be served with Hanukkah dinner. With the holiday season in full swing, many consumers are planning what to serve at their annual family gatherings. This tasty side dish is a great option for celebrating Hanukkah.

The recipe consists of Brussels sprouts served with walnuts and pomegranate molasses. Although Brussels sprouts pair well with balsamic vinegar, pomegranate molasses provides a rich and flavorful alternative that gives the vegetables a lightly sweet taste. The addition of walnuts also helps to balance the sweetness of the dish by adding a nutty element. The Brussels sprouts should be served with shanklish, in order to provide a creamy dip for the earthy dish.

Although the dish may sound simple, the complex combination of flavors is sure to enhance any Hanukkah dinner.
