French designer Louis Le Joly Senobille has unveiled the Ha Mat set, which is a wearable chess set. It is a unique change as the board game has transformed itself into a playful and portable accessory. It is inspired by the designer's passion for chess and the desire to play at any given time or place.

The design fuses functionality and style whilst pushing traditional notions of the game and fashion accessories. The Ha Mat set is made up of three main elements in the form of 32 bold metal rings. These present the chess pieces and all of the pieces are made from a rectangular brass block. Each one is laser-cut to embody the graphics that symbolize its piece.
