Sweet Peacock Murals

Gummy Stained Glass by Judith G. Klausner is Made Out of Candy

The Gummy Stained Glass may look like a typical stained glass mural, but it isn't one at all. Instead, it has been made entirely out of candy including gummy candies and licorice chewing gum, with a little help from some plexiglass for structure, of course. Taking on the stunning visage of a peacock on a tree branch, the Gummy Stained Glass is stunning to behold.

Created by Judith G. Klausner, the Massachusetts-based artist who brought the world other deceptive creations including Toast Embroidery and the Cereal Sampler Series, the Gummy Stained Glass solidifies the fact that she's one who didn't take one of the most common pieces of advice from mothers: Don't play with your food. It's a good thing she didn't.
