The trick to making healthy gummy candies is using the least amount of processed products as possible. In this recipe, everything is 100% natural and good for you. Rather than using gelatin and processed flavor chemicals, Undressed Skeleton shows how to make gummy candies with Stevia -- an all-natural sweetener -- and raw fruits. Depending on what fruits and juices you like, blend them to a smooth consistency, strain the seeds and add the Stevia powder. Boil the syrup and leave it in a pan to cool -- like you would Jello. When the gummy candy has hardened, use a gummy bear mold and stamp out as many gummy bears as you can.
