The Groove app knows that your body is trying to communicate with you, especially when it comes to your menstrual cycle. You can stay in the know by entering any observable data about your periods into the app; in turn, it uses advanced algorithms to then predict future periods. Moreover, the app will compile all the data in a uniquely detailed chart, so you can connect the dots between your sexual behavior, bleeding patterns and cervical fluid.
The app was born out of a frustration at the lack of innovation in birth control and conception technology. Former engineer Jennifer Aldoretta quit her job in order to pursue a greater vision of healthcare technology, partnering with software engineer and entrepreneur Brian Smith in the process.
The duo has succeeded in creating reproductive healthcare technology that will help women stay in conversation with their body.
