This Bauermeister grinding technology has been developed by the brand as a plant-based raw material processing solution to help ready ingredients for use in a wide range of applications.

The grinding solutions are tailored for soy, fava beans and lupine beans, and will process them down into fine particles that can be added into recipes for vegan burger patties, chicken alternatives and more. The equipment prioritizes flexibility and can be customized to the specific needs of a customer to ensure the right results are achieved. The milling solutions can handle a range of mass flows from 100 kg/h to eight tons/h.

The Bauermeister grinding technology will be showcased by the brand at POWTECH TECHNOPHARM 2025 in Nuremberg, Germany from September 23 through 25, 2025.
