Beyond Ground has been announced by Beyond Meat as a nondescript plant-based protein option that focuses on versatility to help consumers create a variety of recipes. The product is positioned by the brand as being a blank canvas for your choice of seasonings and additional ingredients, and is thus not an imitation of pork, beef or chicken. The product is crafted with four ingredients including water, faba bean protein, potato protein and psyllium husk, and boasts impressive macros with 27-grams of protein, four-grams of fiber and 140-calories per serving.
Beyond Ground will come in the original unflavored version, but will also come in three seasoned options including Chipotle Pineapple, Tuscan Tomato and Korean BBQ for easy meal preparation.
