While the brand's thick pasta is authentically made in Italy, it reinvents the classic food with vegetables as the first ingredient—while the original Cauliflower Gnocchi is made with 40% cauliflower, the Cauliflower & Spinach variety consists of a 40% blend of cauliflower and spinach.
The free-from frozen pasta product avoids the use of artificial colors, flavors and preservatives, and offers a nourishing way to add interest to meals. Green Giant suggests using these vegetable-packed gnocchi products to make recipes like Cauliflower Spinach Gnocchi with Mushroom Bolognese or Cauliflower Gnocchi with Pancetta and Peas.
