Adidas is choosing to support the charitable Great India Run marathon by offering apparel to runners and participants who will be looking to both test themselves physically and also have a positive impact on their communities.
The multi-city marathon seems to raise money and awareness for a range of promotional and charitable initiatives. Taking place over a period of three weeks, the event features hundreds of runners although 15 of them are signed up to run the entire distance of 1,480 km. This sort of athletic feat requires the best quality apparel, which is why Adidas has pledged its support by donating shirts and apparel to the runners.
By donating sporting apparel to charitable marathon participants, Adidas is set to have a positive impact in India whilst also enhancing its brand visibility.
