The name Michaeul Beiru may not be familiar to most but this graphic design exhibit will provide you with many recognizable logos and designs from the accomplished artist. Beiru has been incredibly influential in shaping our visual world and has created images for The New York Times, Saks Fifth Avenue and the New York Jets to name a few.
The school of visual arts in New York has created an expansive graphic design exhibition that includes many of the designer's famous works, including personal sketchbooks, notebooks and drawings that were ultimately used as inspiration for such iconic brand logos. The exhibit will also feature a new book written by Beiru that outlines the breadth of graphic design today with 35 modern projects. The book is told from a first person perspective, which further enhances the personalized items in the gallery.
