Hino Studio presents the new lobby design of the Grand Bay Residence that is located in Key Biscayne in Florida. The space is a minimal building that is defined by its natural tones and earthy palette in order to reach the goal of evoking tranquil energy throughout the location.
Other design elements include the neutral patterns that are seen throughout the residence to capture a sense of visual continuity. Materials are led by linen and jute to create an organic feel and enhance the warm energy of the place. The lobby is also decorated with a set of custom built-in structures including the cabinets and shelves, coming together to have a touch of practicality as well.
