The GoodMills Innovation GoWell® Tasty Protein has been created by the brand as a plant-based protein blend additive for use in the baked goods industry that will help to elevate nutritional benefits in a subtle way.

The ingredient is crafted from a blend of fava beans, yellow peas, sunflower seeds and wheat with a protein content of 60% with a subtle flavor profile and no off-note flavors. The ingredient is formulated with versatility in mind to allow for incorporation into a recipe without having to make major alterations.
