The new gourmet salad kits from Fresh Express were developed based on entree salads at restaurants served across the country. The Gourmet Kit Bowls boast layers of chef-crafted flavors and are available in a total of six different varieties.
In the Chimichurri Grilled Chicken kit, Fresh Express provides a mix of red cabbage, queso fresco cheese, crinkle cut radishes, chimichurri grilled chicken breast and corn kernels with baby arugula and baby spinach that can be enjoyed with a complementary chimichurri vinaigrette dressing. The Pearl Mozzarella Caprese kit contains not just pearl mozzarella cheese but also diced prosciutto, grape tomatoes, a spring mix lettuce blend and a balsamic vinaigrette to unite the flavors.
Some of the other gourmet salad varieties include: Buffalo Chicken, Grilled Chicken Caesar, Parmesan Cheese Crisp and Chef Salad.
