The Gourmet Duck Dumplings have been developed by Joe Jurgielewicz & Son, Ltd. (JJS) as an artisanal duck menu item ideal for elevating a wide range of menus requirements.
The dumplings are targeted towards restaurants, private clubs and hotels, and are handcrafted to ensure quality with premium duck meat in every bite. The product comes in two varieties including Fajita Duck and Peking Duck flavors to work well as an alternative to chicken, pork and vegetarian dumplings. The product comes with 30 pieces in each case with four packs per unit priced at $96.50 with bulk pricing also available.
