CJ CheilJedang Introduces New Grocery Store Dim Sum Products

CJ CheilJedang is expanding into the premium dim sum market with restaurant-quality, ready-to-heat offerings. On November 5, the company launched 'Gourmet Shrimp Hagau (蝦餃),' following the success of 'Gourmet Xiaolongbao' in September. Leveraging its expertise as a leading frozen dumpling producer, CJ CheilJedang aims to bring authentic dim sum to homes nationwide.

The Gourmet Shrimp Hagau features a translucent, chewy wrapper made with a proprietary dough mix and hot-water kneading technique, encasing a succulent shrimp filling that preserves its texture. Packaged in a convenient tray, it can be microwaved in just 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

As part of the Gourmet Dim Sum line's official launch, CJ CheilJedang partnered with chef Jung Ji-sun, the “Queen of Dim Sum,” to ensure authentic flavors.
