LogMeIn offered a variety of tech support-based services for industries, such as digital solutions, networks, and communications. Now, as GoTo, the company will focus on a few key services. These services are 'GoTo Resolve,' and 'GoTo Connect.'

GoTo Resolve is a proprietary ticketing solution software. This service allows businesses to streamline tech support while maintaining absolute privacy of internal data. GoTo Connect is the name given to the brand's suite of communications services, such as GoTo Voice, GoTo Video, and GoTo Meeting. These services are capable of efficiently managing the communications of hundreds of company workers at one time. GoTo found that the work-from-home environment and pandemic-driven lockdowns accelerated the demand for its services, leading to these rebranding and product refinement initiatives.
