Taco Cabana is kicking off 2021 in a big way with the debut of its delicious new Gordita Bites and two Pork Adobada dishes.
For those unfamiliar, a gordita is a popular Mexican pastry made with masa and stuffed with cheese, meat, or other fillings. Now, Taco Cabana has made this dish even more snackable with the debut of bite-sized Gordita Bites. The cheesy Gordita Bites are filled with mozzarella, and then topped with Cilantro Lime Ranch and cotija cheese.
Joining the new bites is a new protein called Pork Adobada, which is made by marinating pork in a blend of dried guajillo peppers and adobo spices. Taco Cabana's Pork Adobada can be enjoyed in a Cabana Bowl or in the form of a crispy taco.
