Trader Joe's new Gluten Free English Muffins are just like any other English muffin you'd find on grocery store shelves – they're savory in flavor, with a soft, slightly spongy texture. These tasty English muffins also come in the classic puck-shaped format, horizontally bisected into two, equal halves. The main, and most important, difference is that the English muffins are completely gluten-free, made from a blend of rice flour, tapioca starch, and chickpea flour (instead of the usual wheat). This makes the bread the perfect gluten-free vessel for jams, jelly, cheeses, and more.
