In the hopes of revitalizing the glamping experience, design studio ArchiWorkshop has created a small camping facility near Seoul, South Korea.
The facility features three different styles of architecture -- square cabins that sit on top of legs, a small tent-like structure and circular pod structures. The mountainous and green terrain surrounding the camping facility provides the beautiful views and outdoor experience of camping, while the luxurious accommodations provide a balance for those who do not enjoy the typical camping experience.
The designers believed that they needed to create this facility so they could provide a glamping experience that hadn't been "devalued by poor-quality accommodation." Having achieved just that, this camping community has a unique quality due to its display of three very different architectural designs in one compact facility.
