Expressions Launches the Expressions Gift Card Kiosk

Expressions introduced the 'Expressions Gift Card Kiosk,' a self-service retail unit that prints personalized greeting cards and embeds a digital gift card via QR code, featuring instant printing on 120-lb. glossy stock. The system was developed by Expressions Greeting Card Kiosk Company, founded in 2024 by Jarrad Duxbury and George Caruso, and targets last-minute shoppers in high-traffic locations.

The touchscreen interface offers more than 8,000 templates across occasions; users can add messages and photos, then purchase linked digital gift cards from major brands that are generated only at point of sale. Kiosk hardware occupies roughly 4 square feet and integrates with partners Printzware for design expansion and ZippyAssist for mobile customer support.

For retailers, the kiosk reduces floor space, cuts inventory burden and mitigates common gift-card tampering by creating the digital card at purchase.
