The GEA RAY Plus freeze dryer has been announced by the brand as a new solution that builds on its 70 years of design experience within the freeze drying industry. The system is engineered with advanced technology and comes with different cabinet sizes, depending on the model, along with 10, 15 or 20 heating plates with condensers on either side. The units can be grouped with up to six at a time that can be connected to share a common control and support system for greater overall operational efficiency.

The GEA RAY Plus freeze dryer features a proprietary computational fluid dynamic (CFD) model that precisely calculates both the flow dynamics and the pressure losses when under deep vacuum inside for optimal performance.
