The Garmin Virb XE is a new action camera that has a form similar to a GoPro. This waterproof camera works without an external case and is packed with a wide array of sensors that allow users to overlay data on top of their action videos, making for a more interactive and informative viewing experience.
This action camera is a higher-end version of the Virb X, and is capable of delivering 1440p footage at 30 frames per second, and HD 720p footage at 120 frames per second for slow motion capture. It can even record at 240 frames per second if you're willing to sacrifice some resolution, and is capable of shooting 12-megapixel still images in 30 fps bursts.
The unique selling point of the Garmin Virb XE is however its data overlay capability, which lets you display graphics and animations on top of videos of you doing crazy stunts.
