Competitive how? Well, some of the bins are hoisted high up on polls, while others incorporate other fun challenges such as a built-in basketball net and a surrounding cage.
Conceived and executed by KesselsKramer, the garbage can campaign takes over Koning Willem I College in The Netherlands. The agency is essentially asking students, "Throwing away your trash, how hard can it be?" Even if the garbage can campaign doesn't solve the problem right away, it will get people thinking about their actions more.
