Inspired by the art of origami, the cutting board consists of the board itself that can fold and shift into a highly portable solution that actually works as a sheath for storing a knife. The 'GAMI' cutting board also shows promise for avid hikers or campers to utilize when looking to prepare meals when out in the wilderness. The design has been created by Seonggyu Simon Choi, Jeonghoon Mark Kim, Kyunho Aiden Kim, Park Gwan U and Jason Washam, and is the winner of the Red Dot Design Concept Award for 2018.
