The Gamer Fit Exercise Videos Mimics Moves From Popular Games
Elise Ying-Hei Ho — October 13, 2012 — Pop Culture
Gamer Fit exercise videos are targeted towards those who are glued to their games and computers.
When I was a kid, everyone in the playground ran around and played tag and went up and down the slides, never wanting recess to end. But now, most children, and adults too, are not getting enough exercise they need. Most people spend too much time chasing Mario Karts instead of chasing their friends on the playground.
In Gamer Fit, each position is named after a classic move in games such as Koopa Troopa and Southern Oracle. Some of these moves even require props like the Controller Twists where the ancient humongous joystick boxes are used. Whatever gets you off the chair, right?
