Go Mate, Sergio Aguero, and Astralis Launch a Workout Plan For Gamers

Go Mate is partnering with Argentina and Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero and esports organization Astralis to launch a new training program for gamers. The program will include weekly workout routines, mental agility training, muscle conditioning, and cardio; all catered to an esports audience. This program was developed to assist competitive gamers in becoming better all-around athletes while lowering their chance of injury and boosting their mental health.

Go Mate only uses high-quality, beneficial ingredients that support mental clarity, well-being, and a more balanced approach to energy to counteract the negative views associated with excessive intake of energy beverages.
