Micro Taqueria Concepts

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop Taqueria Has a Reduced Menu and a To-Go Footprint

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop is introducing a brand-new concept called Fuzzy’s Taco Shop Taqueria, which has a slightly reduced menu and a smaller footprint that's supportive of to-go orders. While a traditional Fuzzy’s Taco Shop unit sits somewhere between 3,000 to 4,000 square feet, the new Fuzzy’s Taqueria concept will come in at a much smaller 1,200-1,800 square-foot range.

Although the experience focuses on takeout, customers will appreciate being able to find feel-good food and drinks in the Baja-style setting they've come to love.

The first Fuzzy’s Taco Shop Taqueria is set to open in Minneapolis, MN, which will help the brand tap into an entirely new market. Since the pandemic started, the need for flexibility and a focus on off-premise dining has become a priority for restaurants of all sizes.
