The hugely popular online site 'Humans of New York' has received the parody treatment with this funny Facebook page imagining Orcs moving to the big city.

Created by filmmaker Harry Aspinwall, 'Orcs of New York' features street photos of the fantasy villains from 'Lord of the Rings' in the same iconic style as the original website. Besides the humorous image of monstrous orcs hanging around New York, the captions underneath each photo perfectly capture the same tone as the original website, but with various references to the film and book franchise.

Some of the captions on the funny Facebook group are more general, like an orc complaining about breaking his smartphone, while others get a little more creative. A stand out example is an orc complaining about cultural appropriation of his orc heritage by 'manfolk hipsters wearing nose nazgu or White Hands. They have no idea of the significance behind them."
