Charlotte-based brewing icon Sycamore Brewing has reinvigorated and re-launched 'Rainbow Dust,' a hazy IPA that offers a truly spectacular balance between complex hoppiness and a veritable plethora of fruity elements to make for a delectable drinking experience.
The 'Rainbow Dust' IPA makes use of six different varieties of hops, which is where it gets its depth of complexity. Sycamore Brewing states that this light blonde beer offers slightly arboreal notes that are punctuated with elements of aromatic berries and classic hazy IPA elements such as mango, melon, stone fruit and pineapple.
Coming in at 7.2 percent ABV, this hazy IPA is a strong offering that will appeal to lovers of this increasingly popular sub-category of IPAs.
