This Chain is Celebrating Spring with Free Ice Cream Cones

Dairy Queen is celebrating the start of spring by giving away free ice cream cones on March 15th. With temperatures warming up and days getting longer, this promotion is the perfect way to mark the unofficial start of spring.

This year, Free Cone Day will take place on Tuesday, March 15th at all participating Dairy Queen and DQ Grill & Chill locations. Customers who visit these locations will be treated to a free vanilla soft-serve cone with the signature Dairy Queen curl on top. Those who receive a free ice cream cone will then be asked if they would like to make a donation to the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. With more than $140,000 raised last year alone, the promotion provides a perfect opportunity for Dairy Queen customers to give back.
