The 'FORM Smart Swim Goggles' Offer New Guided Workouts Feature

Fitness technology company FORM has announced the launch of a new augmented reality Workouts feature for its 'FORM Smart Swim Googles.' The new feature intends to guide swimmers through a variety of workouts in real-time, overlaying their vision with information regarding time, laps, technique, and more.

Available now, FORM's new Workouts experience can be purchased via an annual or monthly membership, and will be continually updated with new workouts and additional elements moving forward. Currently the workouts offered focus on a variety of different categories including Power, Endurance, Technique, Recovery, Sprint, and more. In addition, swimmers will be provided pre-workout tutorials and post-workout analysis.

β€œIt’s one thing to have a coach on the pool deck, but having one on-demand and guiding you through your workouts is next level,” said four-time IRONMAN champion, Lionel Sanders, referencing the unique power of the 'FORM Smart Swim Goggles.'
