According to Fast Coexist, the project is set to be ""a floating village in the middle of a forest" that will feature a glass building that will offer housing on the roof top as well as a pedestrian route to cross the nearby freeway. The space will be surrounded by over 1,000 trees to offer green space in the bustling urban metropolis. The idea is that the building's design will offer more residence, street access as well as green space all in one design.
