Created by Yampa Co-Founder, Pete Boniface (dubbed as Sandwich Pete), this limited-time sandwich pays tribute to the rich and fresh ingredients of Italy, capturing the flavors of an Italian summer. The Florentine Fresco Sandwich features Capocollo and Genoa salami which are layered on a freshly-baked French baguette and then topped by house balsamic vinaigrette, arugula, roasted red peppers, and a rich artichoke ricotta cream.

This sandwich was developed to transfer enthusiasts of Yampa Sandwich Company to the enchanting streets of Florence, simplifying the culinary experience so that an average lunch or a quick trip to the QSR sandwich chain becomes gratifying.
