The Floating Record is a record player that truly treats vinyl records as works of art -- above and beyond the musical wonders that they may contain. Whilst vinyl players usually feature the record rotating while in a horizontal orientation, this particular record player stands the vinyl up.
The player is equipped with an adjustable carbon-fiber tonearm which is designed in such a way that it can stand in a vertical position and play the record without flopping or damaging the groove in any way. A special clamp ensures that the vinyl itself stays put.
