Enabled by restaurant tech platform Resy and sponsored by American Express, 10 well-known Los Angeles chefs are partaking in a fine dining drive-thru experience for consumers to enjoy. The activation will be hosted for a limited time on October 15th and 16th at the Hollywood Palladium. It is billed as "a model for bringing high-end restaurants back to life."
The fine dining drive-thru is officially named 'Resy Drive Thru.' As part of the experience, diners will remain in their cars—safety first—and will move through a 10-station track. From each station, consumers will be served one course that was prepared by each of the 10 restaurants. The food will be served in a single-use container and a tray. In addition, each car will have its own designated waiter that can guide them through the process or answer any outstanding questions.
