The Single Parent Family Game Night Provided Parental Support

The Single Parent Family Game Night that took place on September 15th offered support to single parent families to create a stronger sense of community between members and the community-at-large.

The game night was organized as an event for single parents who are military or Department of Defense civilians to bring their children to for an evening of board games. With the number of single parents remaining strong across North America, the event helped to provide inviting support for families that might not have enough time to organize such an event themselves.

The Single Parent Family Game Night consisted of ample games, food and drinks with registered children able to take a game home with them at the end of the night.
