Although many brands choose to opt for more neutral and dark hues for the colder seasons, Pharrell and adidas Originals have chosen to go a different route with their new Fall/Winter Hu line.
Inspired by hiking gear, the apparel has a utilitarian aesthetic that's contrasted with vibrant hues of yellow, blue, coral, and more, which further contribute to the modern aesthetic that the silhouettes of the pieces boast. On the apparel and various different sneaker models, statement graphics and embroidery are included, making for a playful look that seems to mirror badges that are earned in Boy and Girl Scouts clubs.
Like much of the apparel that singer Pharrell creates, the Fall/Winter Hu line is intended for both women and men, an inclusiveness that's reflected in the editorial that promotes the styles.
