It is not everyday that the idea of being crippled in any way is glorified, especially in fashion publications, but that is exactly what the Factice Magazine 'L'Invalide Royale' editorial does. More than that, it portrays the handicapped model as regal as possible. Hence the title.

Shot in studio by German photographer Justine Szczepanczyk, the Factice Magazine L'Invalide Royale editorial showcases an eclectic range of fashion that perfectly complements the eccentric theme of the photoshoot. Full of texture and sparkling embellishments, the wardrobe adheres to a strictly neutral palette of creams, pinks and beiges. The only real color stems from the crutches model Jana is occasionally seen leaning on. Beauty artist Corine Spies finished the looks.
