If you logged onto Facebook today and noticed incredibly nifty 360-degree video on your news feed, well prepare to be excited. Facebook introduced these new videos to make immersive comment even more awesome than it already was. You'll be able to pan around a video as it is playing, much like you pan around 360-degree environs in Google Street View.
Thanks to this new initiative, Facebook users can look around the 360-degree videos on their News Feeds by dragging their cursor from side to side or up-and-down, or indeed with a single finger when using a mobile device equipped with touch screen functionality.
Tablet and smartphone users will also be able to tilt and turn their device to explore the 360-degree video represented in their video. This 360-degree video introduction will make Facebook even more fun and cutting-edge than it already was, particularly for video fiends.
