Salesforce and VCARB Partnered to Power F1 Fan Engagement With AI

Salesforce and Visa Cash App Racing Bulls announced a new partnership that unifies F1 fan engagement, hospitality and team operations on Salesforce's Agentforce 360 platform. The collaboration introduced the Salesforce Intelligence Centre, a garage screen installation powered by an AI agent named TORO that generates real-time Tableau dashboards visualizing track data and historical performance metrics for fans and VIP guests.

VCARB also plans to launch a dedicated Slack fan community focused on exclusive content and real-time engagement during race weekends, while reimagining its Paddock Club VIP experience to let Agentforce 360 handle hospitality logistics, freeing human teams to focus on high-touch moments.

The partnership extends Slack across VCARB's global operations to streamline race-day workflows. VCARB shows how agentic AI platforms are becoming central to transforming data-rich sports into personalized, real-time fan experiences.
