Emporos Patient Pay Offers a Mobile-First Experience

Emporos Patient Pay has been announced by the company as a mobile-first way for patients to pay for their prescriptions that aims to prioritize convenience for both pharmacies and consumers alike.

The payment option can be set up for use by pharmacies in just a few clicks within the POS and will enable administrators to notify patients through text that their prescription is ready for pickup. Patients will also be provided with a link where they can pay using a digital wallet or credit card without having to download a separate app.

Vice President of Product and Customer Experience Presley Kelleher commented on the Emporos Patient Pay feature saying, "Our goal is to meet patients where they are, allowing them to pay for their prescriptions as easily as they would pay for dinner or a rideshare.
