Toyota and Subaru partner for an electronic car collaboration, where the car companies will work together to create an electronic car platform. This project will focus on midsize and large passenger battery electric vehicles (BEVs). The collaboration will also see the creation of a C-segment BEV SUV that will be available from each of the car manufacturers. other vehicles will also be created through the collaboration including, the C-segment, and D-segment sedans as well as SUV models.

The electronic car collaboration will consist of specialized strategies from each company in order to better streamline the project. Toyota will bring its electronic technology to the table, while Subaru will provide its all-wheel-drive systems. Currently, both Toyota and Subaru look to bolster the production of electronic cars.
