Electric Objects is a start-up based in New York that has created the next digital photo frame. Dubbed the EO1, it doesn't display personal digital photos, but streams content from the Internet. Although this can naturally be tailored to personal imagery, it is meant to display artworks in order to bring a modern touch to such decorative elements in the home.

Essentially a wall-mounted computer, Electric Objects' EO1 boasts 1GHz Dual ARM Cortex processor with graphics acceleration, 1GB of RAM and 2GB of flash storage. It might not come with a keyboard or mouse, but that doesn't dispute how powerful it is. By focusing specifically on quality, Electric Objects ensures that the digital artwork is done justice when displayed.
