The El Libro Amarillo 'Realismo Magico' cover story might be titled 'Real Magic,' but it could easily have been switched up for 'Black Magic.' Instead of enchanting fairy dust and white lights, this photoshoot revolves around darker elements that give it a more sinister and mysterious undertone. Since it was created for the Fall-Winter 2013 issue of the Mexican fashion retailer El Palacio de Hierro’s magazine, this comes as no surprise.
Starring model Karlina Caune, the El Libro Amarillo 'Realismo Magico' editorial was lensed by photographer David Roemer. The Latvian beauty was clad in pieces from the likes of Gucci, Etro, Bottega Veneta and Tory Burch by stylist Luisa Pena. Makeup artist Hung Vanngo and hair stylist Keith Carpenter were on beauty duty.
