The ice cream advent calendar was produced as part of a collaboration between Häagen-Dazs and Navone. The calendar includes 31 days, which allows consumers to mark special dates such as Christmas and New Year's Eve. Each of the cream-filled days features a decorative display made form edible silver and gold paint. The days are also marked by columns of varying heights, which creates a whimsical display when viewed from different angles. As the designer explains, the edible Christmas calendar is "like an explosion of ice cream bricks."
