Many eco-conscious consumers are aiming to eat from restaurants that produce locally-sourced, organic, and home-made food and the Écotable platform is helping French customers easily identify restaurants that follow these values. The platform was founded in 2019 and offers profiles of sustainable eateries across France, with the aim of promoting mindful and sustainable dine out options.

Écotable also offers a podcast series, dubbed 'Sur le grille d'Écotable,' that discusses pressing environmental, health, and social issues that are relevant to the catering industry.
