Cutting edge software used by Yiftach Ben Meir helped form the design of this unique housing community. The SeaO2 concept combines solar, the Tel Aviv North West coastal district.

The software helped maximize solar power, wind currents and space allocation for maximum return on the land consumed.

Implications - The rise of environmentalism and the growing awareness of our limited resources has forced industrial designers to envision eco-friendly architecture for the future. These buildings often take otherworldly or organic forms, rebelling against the harsh geometric lines in today's architecture, and boast sustainable, "green" features that minimize the building's carbon footprint and produce renewable energy using the sun, wind and water.
